Foreverc9 considers the protection of its customers' data to be extremely important. Foreverc9 only registers the data necessary for its services. All information provided by you is treated with the utmost care and is not provided to third parties unless you have given express permission for this. Foreverc9 is the data controller for data processing. In this privacy statement, we explain which personal data we collect and use, and for what purpose. We recommend that you read this carefully.

When using our webshop, we obtain certain data from you. This may include personal data. We only store and use the personal data provided directly by you, in the context of the service you have requested, or where it is clear upon provision that it is being provided to us to be processed.

3. Registration

For certain parts of our webshop, you must first register. After registration, we store the personal data you provided via the email address you chose. We store this data so that you do not have to enter it every time and so that we can contact you in the context of the execution of the agreement.

We will not provide the data linked to your email address to third parties, unless this is necessary in the context of the execution of the agreement you conclude with us, or if this is legally required. In the event of suspected fraud or abuse of our webshop, we may hand over personal data to the competent authorities.

4. Special personal data

The collected information is only used internally and is not passed on to other organizations.

5. Handling orders

When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to process it. This allows us to carry out agreements, transactions, and services. If necessary for proper processing, we may also provide your personal data to third parties. You can read more about this later in this privacy statement.

13. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our webshop. We have entered into a data processing agreement with Google to make arrangements regarding the handling of our data. Furthermore, we have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services; finally, we have the IP addresses anonymized.

14. Contact form and newsletter

Via our webshop, we offer the possibility to ask questions using a contact form, where you are asked to enter various details to process your question. You choose which data you provide for this. The data you send us is kept as long as is necessary for the full answering and handling of the form or the content of your email.

We offer a newsletter to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Every newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe. Your email address is only added to the list of subscribers with your explicit permission.

15. Accessing and changing your data

For questions about our privacy policy or questions regarding access to and changes to (or deletion of) your personal data, you can contact us at any time using the details below.

You can also send us a request to view, change, or delete this data. You can also submit a request to request a data export for data that we use with your consent, or state with reasons that you want to limit the processing of personal data by us.

16. Retention periods

The personal data described above is kept for as long as is necessary to process your orders, including warranty. After that, we keep data for a maximum of one more year for the described statistical purposes. The data is then erased, unless there is a legal obligation that requires longer retention (such as the fiscal retention obligation of seven years for payment data).

17. Dutch Data Protection Authority

We are of course happy to help you if you have complaints about the processing of your personal data. Under privacy legislation, you also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) against this processing of personal data.
