 Article 1 - Privacy Policy

Foreverc9 considers the protection of its customers' data to be extremely important. Foreverc9 only registers the data necessary for its service provision. All information provided by you is treated with the greatest care and will not be provided to third parties unless you have given your explicit consent. Personal data is therefore processed and secured by us with care.

Foreverc9 is the data controller. In this privacy statement, we explain which personal data we collect and use, and for what purpose. We recommend that you read this carefully.

When using our webshop, we obtain certain data from you. This may include personal data. We only store and use the personal data provided directly by you, in the context of the service you have requested, or where it is clear that it is provided to us for processing.

We use the following data for the purposes mentioned in this privacy statement:

  • Telephone number
  • Mobile number
  • Billing address
  • Delivery address
  • Email address
  • Company name
  • Chamber of Commerce (KvK) and VAT number
  • Gender
  • IP address

For certain parts of our webshop, you must first register. After registration, we save the personal data you provided via the email address you chose. We save this data so that you do not have to enter it again every time and so that we can contact you in the context of the execution of the agreement.

We will not provide the data linked to your email address to third parties, unless it is necessary in the context of the execution of the agreement you conclude with us or if this is legally required. In case of suspected fraud or misuse of our webshop, we may hand over personal data to the competent authorities.

The collected information is used only internally and is not passed on to other organizations.

When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to handle it. This allows us to execute agreements, transactions, and services. If necessary for proper handling, we may also provide your personal data to third parties. You can read more about this further on in this privacy statement.

.Article 2 – Shipping Costs and Payments

The shipping costs in the Netherlands are €4.95.

Shipping, cancellations, and returns:

Shipping: Orders placed on workdays before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day.

  • We ship to the Netherlands with PostNL
  • We ship to Belgium with PostNL

As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive an email containing the "track and trace details of your order". Follow the instructions in the email.

Shipping costs for Belgium:

Belgium: For orders in Belgium, you pay €6.95 in shipping costs.

Article 3 – Returns

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to try out the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure that it is well-packaged when returned.

  • The consumer has 14 days to cancel the order and report the return.
  • After that, 14 days to return the product.
  • After reporting the return, you as a retailer have 14 days to refund the order amount including shipping costs.
